RAJAH Humabon came away with the overall championship after they snagged three titles in the 2016 Arkilympics District Assembly held last weekend at the Metro Sports Lahug.
The Rajah Humabon chapter reigned supreme in football behind the superb defense of goalkeeper Leartes TaboTabo. They also won in bowling and in golf as Paolo Alberto was in a league of his own on the greens and fairways.
Placing in second was the Cebu chapter with the highlight of their performance being their sweep of the titles (men’s and mixed) in badminton.
Third overall was Datu Lapu-Lapu which ruled over the basketball competition after they beat Rajah Humabon, 84-70, behind the stellar numbers of MVP Ayi Armenion.
The winners of the respective events will be tasked with representing District C1 in the 2016 United Architects of the Philippines-NatCon Arkilympics that will be held in Manila next month.
