Complete lineup in Donaire vs Bedak fight card revealed

THE COMPLETE lineup of fights for the “The Time Has Come: Donaire Vs. Bedak” fight card slated April 23 was revealed today by one of its promoter, ALA Promotions International.

ALA Promotions International partnered with Bob Arum’s Top Rank Promotions and media outfit ABS-CBN for the historic boxing event that will feature five-division world champion and reigning and defending WBO world super bantamweight king Nonito “Filipino Flash” Donaire Jr. defending his title against the number four contender in his division Zsolt Bedak of Hungary. The fight will be held at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC).

Fighting in the main under card are Top Rank’s boxer Paul “2 Gunz” Fleming of Australia against Miguel Angel “Ranita” Gonzalez of Mexico for the WBC Continental America Super Featherweight title.

ALA Boxing Gym’s rising stalwart Mark “Magnifico” Magsayo (13-0, 10KO) will face former world title challenger Chris Avalos (26-4-0, 19KO) of the USA for the WBO International Featherweight title.

His stablemate, the top lightweight contender in the world, Jason “El Niño” Pagara (37-2-0, 23KO) will fight Mexican Miguel “Mikol” Zamudio (35-8-1, 21KO) of Mexico in a non-title showdown.

Another ALA Boxing gym pug, Jeo Santisima, will face Thai Tabthong Tor Buamas in an eight-round bout while two-time world title challenger Rocky Fuentes will square off with Romnick Magos also in an eight-round bout in the superflyweight division. Virgel Vitor will also fight Paulo Perono in the bantamweight division.

The preliminary bouts will feature Junriel Jimenez versus Marlou Sandoval and Lorenz Labrada vs Renjie Sabanal.
