THE UNIVERSITY of San Carlos’ Tracy Carl Dadang made waves in the 2016 Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Philippines National Training Camp, which concluded over the weekend at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall in Pasay.

Dadang was named as the Male All-Star Player of the Game at the conclusion of the three-day camp, which featured New Orleans Pelicans guard Norris Cole and WNBA champion Taj McWilliams-Franklin. Dadang also made it to the Jr. NBA All-Star team.

On the distaff side, Abellana National School’s Florence Talas and Darlene Regasajo were named to the Jr. WNBA All-Star team. The All-Star teams will travel overseas and go on an NBA experience along with fellow all-stars from Southeast Asia.

The finalists were selected from regional camps participants from Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Manila.
