Grand chamber awards call for nominations

THE Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) is now accepting nominations for its 24th annual grand chamber awards.

Nominations are open to CCCI members and non-members.

Only CCCI members can nominate a candidate. However, self-nomination is encouraged.

Aspiring nominees must be an owner/manager of a private or a publicly listed company who is primarily responsible for the recent performance of the company.

He or she must be an active member of top management for a company that has been in operation for at least five years.

Most importantly, nominee must have demonstrated leadership and perseverance in the face of adversity and exceptional track record based on the company’s present financial performance.

Presentation of this year’s awardees will be done during the Grand Chamber Awards Night on June 30 at Marco Polo Plaza in Lahug, Cebu City.

The Grand Chamber Awards Night is the culminating event of the Cebu Business Month celebration. It is an annual recognition of exemplary individuals, entrepreneurs, families, companies and institutions who have contributed to the economic development of Cebu.

Awards will be given to the Entrepreneur of the Year, Small Business Entrepreneur, Countryside Entrepreneur, Young Entrepreneur and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Institution.

DEADLINE

The deadline of submission of nominations will be on May 16.
