Suzuki Football Club Cebu to be launched on Saturday
THE SUZUKI Football Club Cebu, a newly formed club, will be launched together with its senior men’s team on Saturday at the Bogo Room 1 of the Bayfront Hotel at the North Reclamation Area in Cebu City.
Attending the launching will be club officials, representatives of Suzuki Philippines and the Cebu Suzuki Auto Dealers, and members of the club’s senior men’s team.
The introduction of the club aims to further promote football development and grassroots program in Cebu with the support of the Suzuki Philippines and the Cebu Suzuki Auto Dealers.
In a press release send to the media, Suzuki Philippines and the Cebu Suzuki Auto Dealers said they agreed to lend their support to the formation of the club, seeing how it will also serve as their outreach program for the community.
The PR said the club is the fulfillment of the company’s social responsibility not only by further promoting the sport of football among the Cebuano youth but also by coming up with a continuing grassroots program.
