CEBUANO jins will be flying to Manila today to take part in the Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA) National Evaluations at the PTA Headquarters.
The evaluations will determine who among the elite jins from all over the country will compete in international competitions while wearing Philippine colors.
Leading the Cebu squad will be 16-year-old sensation Nica Garces along several other sparring jins from the University of Cebu in the Juniors category.
The others are Mayn Coran, Melody Jane Infante, Ellen Joy Villacarlos, Dineson Cañeda, and Sal Luigi Estrada. Anne Sharmaine Albarracin and Royda Ranile will vie in the Cadet Category.
