Food aid delivered to 30 families hit by tornado in Bohol

ABOUT 30 families displaced by a tornado that struck Baclayon, Bohol province last Sunday were provided with food by the regional Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

In a press statement issued to media outlets, the agency said each of the 72 food packs contain six sachets of coffee, six kilos of rice, four canned fish and four canned meat products.

The DSWD regional office said the tornado destroyed 10 houses and damaged 20 houses as it passed through barangays Poblacion, Landican, San Vicente, and San Roque.
