The headless body of a man was found near a privately owned firing range in Barangay Agus in Lapu-Lapu City almost 10 p.m. on Friday.
Police were looking into the possibility that the body could be that of Police Officer 2 (PO2) Ryan Casiban of the Cordova Police Station who went missing on Wednesday dawn.
Andy Berame, deputy office of the city’s disaster risk reduction management office, said that the still unidentified man was wearing a white T-shirt and dark blue pants.
Berame said they already had the area secured by barangay tanods while they wait for the arrival of police investigators.
