A 25-YEAR old man stabbed a minor with a broken bottle after a heated argument last Tuesday evening.
Ronnie Diolan, from barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City stabbed the minor’s nape and threw rocks at the victim.
The minor was rushed to the hospital for medication.
The suspect surrendered to Fuente police where he is currently detained.
