Opened last August 28, Top of Cebu gives you an exhilarating panoramic view of Cebu City and offers a different distinction of fine dining experience – “Fun Dining”, coined by executive chef of the restaurant himself.
As a visual appetizer to the diners, a vertical foyer clad with exquisite artworks that manifest Cebuano references will be greeting them. Diners can also opt for a homey indoor setting or an al fresco area to dine in.
Executive Chef Kairos Joseph Alo pays homage to Filipino cuisine by serving contemporary Filipino favorites with a twist, infusing it with a melange of gustatory flavors inspired from different cuisines in the world.
Salted Egg Calamares, Busay Express, Sizzling Bangus, Mango Kani Salad to name a few, are just some of Chef Kairos’ specialties.
Top of Cebu also boasts its live carving station wherein they feature USDA-certified beef selections for only P180 per 100 grams.
Apart from that, they are also introducing the latest addition to their menu, “Street Sweets of Cebu”, a platter which features well-loved Filipino delicacies such as puto, kutsinta, mango, sticky rice and many more, served with a siding of tablea.
