Miranda, Osada are year’s
best in Cetba Friday Group

MICMIC Miranda and Emi Osada emerged the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (Cetba) 2018 Friday Group Bowlers of the Year last Friday evening at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.

Miranda downed Marvin Sevilla, 210-198, in the finals to bag the men’s title.

Osada, on the other hand, defeated Baby Bacon, 349-324, in the championship round to secure the women’s crown.

Miranda topped the eliminations with a total of 809 pinfalls.

The other semifinalists in the men’s side were Roland Bantilan (778), Sevilla (770), and Cetba vice-president Docdoc Gothong (745).

Osada had 669 to top the eliminations. Lucy Lanceta (645), Bacon (605), and Ester Francisco (601) were the other semifinalists.
