CEBU CITY, Philippines –A certain alias Tangkag, alleged brother of slain drug lord, Tata Negro, was killed in his burning house dawn of Wednesday, September 25, 2019, in Sitio Pili, Barangay Malubog, Cebu City.

According to Sonny Loredo, the father-in-law of 42-year-old Carry “Tangkag” Llaguno, 20 men barged into their house at around 3 a.m. of Wednesday.

The men allegedly wore bulletproof vest and brought high powered firearms. They blindfolded Loredo, Tangkag’s common law wife, Gerly, and three other girls who were nieces of Sonny, before bringing them outside.

Loredo said the men kept asking them where they hid the “firearms,” to which he and the girls could not answer.

He narrated that they were brought to a hill near the house. They heard a gunshot and when their blindfolds were removed, they saw their house burning.

He claimed that he heard Tangkag scream, “Ayaw silag apila, wala silay labot!” (Do not include them, they don’t know anything).

The four girls, three of them nieces of Sonny, are missing at press time while the car of Tangkag was found peppered with bullets along the road in neighboring Barangay Busay.
