A BARANGAY tanod was shot by an unidentified assailant in barangay Parian, Cebu City last Thursday night.
Rheban Jem Abrau Bartolome, 40, survived the attack but was wounded in the neck.
Police said Bartolome was watching television in his store on Mabini Street when two men arrived and pretended to be customers.
After buying some beverages, one of the men shot the victim and fled on foot.
No clear motive has been established yet in the attack, police said.
