CBM rules Holiday gym aquathlon
THE Cebu City Blue Marlins swimming team hauled in six gold medals yesterday in the 10th Holiday Gym and Spa Age Group Aquathlon held at the Holiday Gym and Spa swimming pool.
Zurielle Kenzi Galo earned a gold in the 7-under female category while Isabella Marie Go topped the 8-11 years old female category.
The Blue Marlins’ other gold medal winners were: Catherine Angeli Yu in the 12-13 female category; Micah Marie De La Serna in the 14-17 female class; Quintin Zee Sabalande in the 7-under male class and Justin Christopher Yu in the 8-11 male division.
Silver medal winners were Mika Ella Carredo in the 7-under female category and Mike Gabrielle De La Serna in the 8-11 male class.
Coach Matthew Vincent Vega coached the Blue Marlins in the absence of head coach Rolando Alvarez who was with the victorious Cebu City Niños in Antique for the Philippine National Games Visayas Leg.
