At the helm of the Green Tree is Maria Theresa “Tet” Tobes, a certified consultant, trainer, and instructor who has had a 13-year track record in environmental management and food safety. Tet has gained most of her skills and expertise in USA where she had worked with various training institutions and worked on several projects. She had taught Food Sanitation at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) in January 2011 to March 2012. She had also been a member of US national item development review committee for the US National Restaurant Association in August 2014 held at Chicago.
