Cebu City Vice Mayor Edgar Labella asked the General Service Office (GSO) on the whereabouts of the aerial truck acquired by the Cebu City government from Japan in 2000.

“If you can recall, the undersigned, together with then Honorable Councilor Rodolofo Estella, accepted this donation for and in behalf of the Cebu City government,” Labella said.

To recall, the Cebu City government purchased a P57 million aerial ladder truck this year that can be used for rescue operations in building that is 18 stories high.
