At least 100 pro-shark advocates marched to Cebu City Hall on Tuesday morning to meet with Mayor Tomas Osmeña to get the city’s commitment to protect all shark species.

The group led by Vince Cinches of Greenpeace converged at the fish port in Barangay Pasil, Cebu City at 8:30 a.m. before marching down to Cebu city Hall.

The mayor met with the group and signed an executive order to protect the sharks, rays, and chimaeras species.
