P450K ‘shabu’ seized in Mandaue mall

Around P450,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized in a buy-bust operation at a mall in Mandaue City.

Jimmy Ares Jeanjaquet, who is also known as Dennis Jeanjacquet, was arrested yesterday dawn by agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Central Visayas (PDEA-7).

Confiscated from the suspect were 125 grams of suspected shabu with a Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of P450,000.

According to PDEA-7, Jeanjacquet will be charged with violating Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
