RONAN Barredo and Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (Cetba) president Gretchen Tormis emerged as the Friday Group bowler of the month winners last August 15 at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.
Barredo scored 1,143 pinfalls to rule the men’s division while Tormis downed 1,029 pins to top the women’s side in the five-game finals.
Barredo’s closest pursuer was Rey Velarde with 1,089 pinfalls while Manny Bueno rounded off the top three in the men’s division with 1,025 pinfalls. Bong Emborgo placed fourth (1,022) and Marvin Sevilla (1,021) finished fifth.
Rounding off the top 5 in the women’s division were Baby Bacon (1,003), Rose Camero (991), Lyn Oka (969) and Lucy Lanceta (963).
