British School Manila leads in ISAC boys’ hoops

THE BASKETBALL team from the British School Manila (BSM) has currently taken the top spot in the boys basketball competition of the 3rd season of the International Schools Activities Conference (ISAC) for school year 2017-2018, which kicked off yesterday at the Cebu International School (CIS) campus in barangay Pit-os, Cebu City yesterday.

BSM dominated in the first day of competition after winning all of its games yesterday.

The team routed Faith International Academy (FIA), 71-24, then outsmarted Brent International School Manila (BISM), 48-38, and ended their day with a 63-41 annihilation of the home team CIS.

CIS did not end the day empty handed as it won its game against BISM with a 61-60 squeaker.

At current second place is Southville International Schools and Colleges (SISC) with two wins — a 41-25 victory against Brent International School Baguio (BISB) and 47-33 decision against BISM.

BISB is at current third place with a 2-1 win-loss record. It outsmarted Brent International School Subic (BISS), 39-31, and FIA, 49-36.
