Barangay Tisa launched their own textline in partnership with Smart on Friday (July 27).
Tisa Barangay Captain Philip Zafra said that residents may use the textline to send drug-related information and other concerns such as peace and order and garbage collection.
The barangay will also use textline to send out alerts to their residents.
Tisa is the first barangay in the country to have its own textline.
