Homegrown developer Priland Development Corporation topped off its first residential condominium called the Northwoods Place, construction of which started last year.

The topping-off ceremony was held at the site in H. Abellana St. in Barangay Canduman, Mandaue City.

The property offers 312 studio, one-bedroom, home office units, and commercial spaces in two towers which are connected by a bridge.

According to Priland President Ramon Carlo Yap, the development is targeted at clients who want to invest in a property that is near schools. The property is a short distance from Sacred Heart School- Ateneo de Cebu.

Yap said the construction of Northwoods Place is at 90 percent, and the firm hopes to turn over the units to its owners by September next year.

Although the pandemic has been hard on businesses, which has affected constructions, Yap said that with the progress of Northwoods Place’s construction, Priland stays true to its promise in delivering quality projects as scheduled.
