“Pinoy Big Brother” alum Dionne Monsanto spent one of the most special days of her life wearing an admittedly inexpensive dress—and she looked stunning all the same.
“As I’ve gotten older, I realize more and more that things are just things. That I don’t need a lot to be happy. That love & respect from people I love are more important than any material possession,” Monsanto shared on Instagram on March 17.
Monsanto explained that she bought the corset top of her wedding dress for P300 online in the Philippines, while the bottom part was her “Something Old,” which was a gift from her sister last year.
The former actress and Ryan Stadler tied the knot on March 8 in Switzerland, where they are now residing. They have been a couple since 2018, although they started out as friends 14 years ago.
Prior to getting married, Monsanto announced last February that she was retiring from show biz, after 18 years. She last starred in the movie “Hello, Stranger,” which was released also last month. /ra
