The Outlets at Pueblo Verde commemorated a decade of community and retail excellence with a vibrant Christmas tree lighting ceremony on November 30, 2023. In his welcoming remarks, Fernandez de Mesa reflected on the journey of The Outlets at Pueblo Verde. “Ten years ago, we envisioned not just a shopping haven but a thriving community hub for Cebuanos,” said Fernandez de Mesa. “Today, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’ve not only achieved that vision but surpassed it, becoming an integral part of the lives of those we serve.”
The Outlets at Pueblo Verde is the first and only outlet mall in the Visayas-Mindanao (VisMin) region. Fernandez de Mesa emphasized the mall’s unique blend of retail, outdoor spaces, artistic murals, and an inviting open-air ambiance. The anniversary celebration was marked by captivating performances, including a heartwarming Christmas carol and an energetic flash mob, infusing the atmosphere with festive cheer.

Notable 10-year awardees included Nike operated by JDI Maguire, Inc., Levi’s operated by JDI Maguire, Inc., Giordano operated by TFB Incorporated, Converse, operated by Planet Sports, Inc., and Adidas, operated by El Fashion N Design Corporation.
Among the five-year awardees recognized for their significant milestones and excellence in service are Famous Belgian Waffles, operated by Innovention Food Resources, Inc., Goin Potatoes, operated by Son’s Food Place, Sol’s Halo-Halo and Dessert, operated by Julie’s Food House, PSBank ATM operated by Phil Savings Bank, Turks operated by Donna Foodstore, Bubble Tea Station, and 10 Dove Street Confectionery operated by Greentree Food Solutions, Inc.
