IT WAS a case of hitting two birds with one stone.
A man wanted for illegal drug charges was arrested after police chanced upon him in a house of a suspected drug pusher in barangay Pasil, Cebu City yesterday morning.
Police caught Ferns Villanueva in the house of 24-year-old Jover Rogasaran, who was the subject of a buy-bust operation conducted by the Sawang Calero Police Station.
Police said Rogarasan sold a pack of shabu worth P200 to a poseur-buyer whom he met on Concepcion Street around 10 a.m.
Police arrested Rogarasan shortly after the transaction was done.
While arresting Rogarasan, police spotted Villanueva inside the man’s house.
Senior Insp. Chuck Barandog, chief of the Sawang Calero police, said they seized packs of suspected shabu worth P350,000 from Rogarasan.
Police said most of the man’s customers were vendors and trisikad drivers.
