“One of the common values that [King Properties and HHP Corporation] have is being a responsible citizen in the areas we operate… Aside from that, we wanted to influence the industry to also become responsible developers, which I believe would strengthen our image, our brand, and the loyalty of the consumer.” King Properties Managing Director Kenneth Raymund King said during the press conference with CDN Digital.

King also added that such initiatives are part of their contribution to the environment’s preservation, besides cutting electricity costs.

When asked about why they chose King Properties as a partner, HHP Corp. Director Masahiko Toda said, “We are always looking for the affordable type of property [we] would like to deal with for the local market, the King Properties is actually focusing on that.”

These eco-friendly facilities are testimony to both HHP Corporation and King Properties’ commitment to incorporating sustainable practices with environmental consideration into their projects.
