CEBU CITY, Philippines — Central Visayas is the only region outside the National Capital Region (NCR) that has the most number of LTO offices.

This was according to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II during the inauguration of the extension of office in the City of Naga on Thursday, June 20.

For that I am very proud of our regional director and assistant regional director,” Mendoza said.
