A TWO-DAY caravan on disaster management will be held by the provincial government in towns across northern Cebu starting today until tomorrow.

“We aim to identify areas that need further assistance and those that may be used as templates to follow for future projects,” said Rose Marie Placencia, project development officer of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO).

The activity comes two days ahead of the second year anniversary of the arrival of Supertyphoon Yolanda which devastated northern Cebu.
