AN HOUR-LONG fire last night razed six houses in barangay Cansojong, Talisay City.
FO2 Juden Opfima, desk officer of Talisay Fire Station, said that the fire alarm was received at 7:02 p.m. and was controlled at 8:10 p.m.
A fire investigator interviewed over dyAB said that they were looking into allegations that the fire was caused by Christmas lights owned by Concepcion Magdadaro.
The fire investigator estimated the initial damage to property at P200,000.
Opfima said the fire was raised to third alarm. Fire trucks from Pardo, Cebu City and Minglanilla town augmented
the two fire trucks of barangay Poblacion, Talisay City in battling yesterday’s fire.
