A 45-year-old woman was stabbed dead by her nephew at around 9 a.m. Monday in barangay Poblacion, Toledo City in western Cebu.
Leah Ragpala was declared dead on arrival at the Toledo District Hospital. Her nephew, Bayani Abutin III, 22, surrendered to the police.
PO3 Carlos Barluado of Toledo City police station said Abutin was staying with his aunt. They had a heated argument over a personal matter yesterday.
Abutin took a knife from the kitchen and stabbed the victim in her left armpit.
