The vice mayor of Danao City figured in a road accident along the national road of Barangay Taboc Looc, Danao City, northern cebu last Friday afternoon.
PO2 Rommel Costa, investigator of Danao City Traffic said that Vice Mayor Ramon Durano IV, 46, was driving his Ford Explorer when driver Anthony Sevilla lost control of his tricycle as he tried to overtake the vice mayor’s vehicle.
Sevilla hit an oncoming Suzuki van driven by Erniefel Encaguez. The tricycle then hit the vice mayor’s vehicle.
No one was seriously hurt in the accident and the vehicles involved only sustained minor damage.
