Vote counting machines in Mandaue for final testing

ABOUT 272 vote counting machines (VCM) were delivered to Mandaue City, the city Commission on Elections (Comelec) office said Thursday morning.

The VCMs were immediately deployed to the city’s polling precincts for final testing and sealing (FTS) tomorrow morning.

The VCMs will be placed in either classrooms or the principal’s office and guarded 24/7 until election day.
