The Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu, Inc. re- convenes as they showcase this year’s Cebu Goes Culinary 2014. Slated on July 25 and 26 at the SM City Cebu’s Trade Hall and Northwing, the event, is the biggest and most prestigious culinary competition in the whole of the Visayas Region.
Participated by professional chefs from the different hotels and resorts in the Province of Cebu, aspiring culinary students from universities and culinary schools from Cebu and its neighboring provinces like Bohol and Negros, Cebu Goes Culinary 2014 will showcase 20 culinary-related categories that put to test skills in artistry, creativity and speed in cooking, cake decorating, table-setting, bartending and more.
Graced every two years with a different relevant theme to boot, this year being, “Spice Up”, the event fosters a light, fun and friendly competition among experienced hoteliers and students who are future players of the industry. On its 10th year, Cebu Goes Culinary has grown in magnitude in terms of participation and audience.
