This is what Cebu’s Kris Tiffany Janson said during the casual interview of the announcement of the Top 10 of the Miss Universe Philippines 2024.
Janson was the first delegate to be called as part of the top 10. She is the lone Cebu bet who made it to the top 10. The other Cebu contenders were Dr. Juvel Ducay, Victoria Ingram, Mary Josephine Paaske, and Kim Irish Placibe.

Cebu’s Kris Tiffany Janson advanced to the Top 20 of the Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) 2024.
Cebu had five bets in the prestigious pageant. They were Dr. Juvel Ducay, Janson, Victoria Ingram, Mary Josephine Paaske, and Kim Irish Placibe.

The Miss Universe Philippines organization announced on its Facebook page that fans can vote for their candidates online.
“You can be the 11th judge! Fans everywhere can now vote for their favorite Miss Universe Philippines 2024 finalists and help increase their chances of getting closer to the crown,” the Facebook post reads.
“From the Top 20, vote for your favorite to enter the Top 10. And from the Top 10, you can vote again to move up your favorite to the Top 5! From the Top 5, vote one last time for the one you think deserves to be Miss Universe Philippines 2024!” it added.
As of this posting, no details about the realtime online voting have been released yet on its socials but it may be through the MUPH app which could be downloaded on mobile phones.

During the closed door interview of this year’s Miss Universe 2024 Philippines, candidates were asked three questions, two of the questions are somehow related to who they are outside the pageant scene and the last question was “Why should you be the next Miss Universe Philippines.”

2 of Cebu’s bets shine in their prelim gowns
Pageant fans were in for a treat as the candidates sashayed it away in their evening gowns and swimsuits during the Preliminaries Gala Night of MUPH 2024, last Monday, May 20.
The gala night was hosted by actor Marco Gumabao, and Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Marquez Dee.
The candidates showcased masterpieces of designers from all over the archipelago.
And two of the powerhouse Cebuana beauty queens shone like goddesses in their evening gowns.
