SHAABAA Division C's 'clash of unbeaten teams' set on Wednesday

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Sacred Heart Ateneo Alumni Basketball Athletic Association (SHAABAA) Season 27 will feature the much-awaited ‘clash of the unbeaten’ teams in Division C on Wednesday, June 19, at the Magis Eagles Arena in Mandaue City.

This as the defending champion, the Nest Workspaces-Batch 2013, and FADI-Batch 2021 clash in one of the four games slated tomorrow evening.

Both teams remain undefeated after four games in the ongoing alumni-based basketball tournament.

Just last Sunday, both teams clinched their fourth straight victories in the SHAABAA. Batch 2013 crushed CSAS-Batch 2024 by 54 points, 102-45, while Batch 2021 narrowlye dged Cebu Landmasters/CloudKart-Batch 2014, 55-53.

Thus, they are currently tied in Division C’s top spot with their 4-0 slates.

Their game’s tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, 04 the Win-Batch 2004 is eyeing to capture its fourth victory while remaining undefeated by taking on ZLREJ Trading and Construction-Batch 2010 at 6 p.m.

Batch 2010 has a 2-1 (win-loss) record in Division B.

Also playing tomorrow in Division C are Xchange Forex-Batch 2018 (2-2) against Bright Lamps N’ Style-Batch 2022 (2-2) at 6 p.m. Batch 2022 is reeling from its 67-77 loss against Batch 2023 last Sunday.

Lastly, the winless Insular Square-Batch 2005 (0-3) eyes their first win by squaring off with Radius One-Batch 2007 (1-2) at 7:30 p.m.
