CEBU, Philippines —Cebuana actress Ellen Adarna-Ramsay just pulled another prank on her husband Derek Ramsay on his 46th birthday.
In the video, Derek can be seen lying comfortably in the bed and is supposed to have a head massage but little did he know that his wife Ellen prepared a mouse toy as her “birthday gift”.
She held the toy mouse and placed it on Derek’s head.
Derek was indeed surprised as he shouted, ”no”, and jumped off the bed.
Ellen burst out laughing, “My Bday Gift 🐭🐀 a mickey mouse and a head massage right after.”

“Murag nilagpot jud iyahang kalag,” an amused netizen wrote in the comment section.
The couple has been playing pranks on each other as seen in their previous post on social media.

In a separate post, Ellen penned a short yet sweet birthday message for Derek, her “one and only Gor”.
“Happy 46 years to the love of my life, my one and only GOR ❤️ you may not look your age…but, you’re sooo mature 😂😂😂 i love you sooo much.”

Ellen also posted a sweet cuddly photo with her son Elias and Derek on his birthday.
“We love you so much birthday boi,” she simply captioned the photo.

Last month, the couple went to Peru and renewed their vows in celebration of their first anniversary as a married couple. They also visited Bolivia right after.
Ellen and Derek tied the knot in a dreamy wedding ceremony in Bataan last November 2021.
