A man’s body was discovered at the side of the Toledo-Manipis Road in Sitio Telepuno, Barangay Camp 7, Minglanilla town, Cebu, on Monday morning, September 18, 2023.

The body was found in Camp 7 at around  7 a.m., according to an initial report from the Minglanilla police. It was said to be discovered by students who were passing the area, the police report said.

The report identified the victim as Dhinz Adzyl Abadilla Zabala, who is 32 years old and a resident of Barangay Sambag 1 in Cebu City.

A female dog, clad in a festival costume, caught the attention of some spectators of the street parade on Sunday afternoon in Danao City.

Noel Legaspina, who is from Barangay Opao in Mandaue City, decided to bring Princess Bulldog to Danao City to witness the Karansa Festival.
